We recently teamed up with American Banker and Arizent Research to analyze and discuss the results of a survey of 314 business leaders from across the banking sector.
It comes as no surprise that 66% believe new technologies will be the top trend impacting banking in the year ahead – a 20% increase from 2023. With artificial intelligence at the heart of many new technologies, our survey examined industry attitudes toward AI and specific use cases. For example, 2/3 of bankers believe AI will solve the problem of social engineering and scams.
